- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had to have a s.a.p. procedure done there (removal of chalizion (?spelling). i was seen right away. The front desk staff were VERY professional and welcoming. The tech (Dr Crane) was very formative and provided me with information as what to expect before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Crane was very patient with me being nervous.
